On-Site IT Support from £40
Sometimes it's easier to have someone come to you. I provide on-site IT support at your home, helping with computer problems, Wi-Fi, device setup, software issues and general troubleshooting.
My minimum charge is one hour. After the first hour, additional work can be charged in 30-minute increments. I'll discuss the expected cost with you before carrying out any additional chargeable work.t.

How Pricing Works
I keep my pricing simple and transparent. On-site support is charged at £40 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour, work can be charged in 30-minute increments.
Parts, replacement hardware and any additional costs will always be discussed with you before they're purchased or fitted.
Travel is included within my standard service area. If you're outside this area, I'll let you know about any additional travel costs before arranging the visit.
